Weekend

Dan and I went to Hawksview Cottages this weekend to get away since work for Dan is already getting crazy. We stayed in the RedTail Cabin--the same one we stayed in when we went last year. We had a WONDERFUL time. This year we took all the food we would need with us so we wouldn't have to leave until it was time to go home. Good thing we planned on it since we got several inches of snow and also some ice. And the driveway is not one you can navigate with snow and ice. The cabin has 2 fireplaces which kept the place nice and warm. It was great to just sit and watch it snow. It was so beautiful. We had a great time reconnecting, relaxing and talking.
